3 Tips For Trying Tons Of Free Stuff

March 23, 2017

Have you ever taken a free trial offer and ended up paying more than you like? If yes, here are my 3 cents for trying tons of free stuff from 18 of Amazon's free trials without ending up paying for what you don't like:

1. Sign up only one trial offer at a time.

2. Mark your calendar 28 days forward from the date you sign up the free trial to call yourself to action at the end of the trial to either keep the membership or cancel it.

This is the most important step to enjoy free trials. The free trials are for 30 days. Give yourself two days of wiggle time to cancel the membership if you determine not to keep it, or you'll be automatically charged of monthly membership at the end of 30 days. This is the most common slip that prevents people from trying free trials. It's actually easy to avoid it. It only requires a habit of marking your calendar and starting a day with a glance of your calendar. Isn't it nice to write down things you need to take care on a piece of paper, forget them and have a good night's sleep, and you won't mess a hair up as long as you take a glance of that piece of paper each day.

3. Be honest to yourself and the offer at the end of the trial.

If you like it much, simply do nothing and you'll be continuing to enjoy it at a monthly fee. If you like it but think the membership fee is too much, go ahead starting the canceling procedure and choose the honest reason of canceling, Amazon may offer you a half off membership for a limited time. Take the offer if you can. Once you have things you like in your life, it'll be easier to let go things you don't like in your life, with a price or not. If you don't like it at all, make sure you cancel it successfully.
